This was a nice and straight-forward job, we chopped out the rusted areas along the bottom of the door panels and made bespoke lower-door skin replacement pieces to fit. We also repaired the rain gutter, which can be a little tricky. Nevertheless it all came together beautifully in the end.

We noticed some damage to the inside of the door-bottom, so we handmade a repair section for that too. After welding everything in we sanding it back and we finished it with etch-primer ready to be professionally painted.
